3.Findings
Figure 1 illustrates the profits made by Mojo company in Hong Kong and Singapore between 1994 and 2001.

3.1 Hong Kong
In the early 1990s, profits in Hong Kong rose gradaully from HK$30million in 1994 to HK$80million in 1997. This was probably due to the pre handover boom in Hong Kong. However, because of the post handover depression in the mid 1990s, the profits was followed by a sudden decline and in 1999 profits fell to the lowest point of HK$20million. In the late 1990s, the growth of China market lead the profits trend grow steadily.

3.2 Singapore
In contrast, profits in Singapore rose from HK$40million in 1994 and leveled off at HK$50million until 1996. One possible reason was the change of taxation policy in the early 1990s. Then there was a gradual decline in profits towards the end, 2001. This might have been attributed to the competition from Malaysia in the mid and late 1990s.

3.Findings
The table shows seven aspects relating to working conditions and the degree of satisfaction of senior and junior staff with these aspects. Senior level staff and junior level staff generally satisfied with working conditions of lighting, termal comfort, air quality and decoration. Therefore,I will focus on the office furniture, equipment, and pantry to discuss the reasons and implications.

3.1.Office furniture
Regarding to office furniture, under half of junior level staff are satisfied with this condition, while three quaters of senior level staff are satisfied. One possible reason is the old fashion style facility. Junior level staff have higher fashion sense. One consequence of this is to lower the Junior level staff passion on working.
3.2.Equipment
There is a large difference with the satisfaction of equipment. Just over one-quarter of the junior level staff are satisifed with the equipment, compared to three times as many senior level staff are contented with the equiment conditions. This appears to be becuase of the internet excess speed and outdated windows system. Nowadays, most tasks are done based on the computer. Staff members have to spend more time to complete the given tasks. This inconvenience of using computer will lower working efficiency.
3.3.Pantry
Only half of both senior level and junior level staff are satisified with the pantry. This might be because of limited variety of food choices. A possible implication of this is that more staff prefer to dining out. The company has to extend the lunch time period and correspondly reduce the working hours. It would bring a negative impact on the company's productivity.
